It only takes a few minutes to make the inside of your car look as great as the outside. Some detailers prefer to do the inside first, others do it last. Whichever your preference, my Sparkling Interior Kit contains everything you'll need to keep your car's interior fresh, clean and protected.

Glass Cleaning

My favorite glass cleaning method is to lightly mist the interior glass with Stoner Invisible Glass and buff with a dry Dragon Fiber Cleaning Cloth. Don't forget your car's rear view mirror and the clear plastic lens over the instrument cluster. Many detailers mist the dash with Invisible Glass to remove surface dust and oils. This is fine, Invisible Glass will not harm your dash, but use another wipe towel. If you use the Glass Cleaning Cloth on your dash, you'll pick up oils that can cause smearing when go back to cleaning glass.
I prefer to clean my car's interior after I have detailed the exterior. After I clean the inside windows, I clean the outside windows and mirrors. If I'm fussy, I'll use Invisible Glass and wipe with a dry Dragon Fibre Glass Cleaning Cloth. If I'm in a hurry, I'll simply wet the Glass Cleaning Cloth with water, hand wring it as dry as possible and give all the outside windows a once over. If you use this method, you'll see some thin lines of micro fine water droplets if you drive into the sun. This doesn't bother me but if you're fussy, use Invisible Glass and dry wipe cloth method. I'd be lost without 303 Spot Remover It takes just about any stain out of just about any material. I use it to clean vinyl, leather, fabric, velour and carpeting. Spray 303 Spot Remover on the stain, agitate the stain with the Leather & Vinyl Scrub Brush (which also works on carpeting and fabric) and pat dry with a clean towel (not supplied). For a light cleaning, spray Aerospace Cleaner on a Power Scrubber Applicator Pad (included) and wipe the surface. For heavier cleaning, spray Aerospace Cleaner directly on the stain, brush and wipe dry. Protecting Interior Surfaces

After cleaning, I use 303 Aerospace Protectant on all interior vinyl, rubber and plastic surfaces. Mist 303 on a Terry Applicator Pad (included) and wipe the dash, door panels, sun visors, vinyl seats and console. After I wipe all interior surfaces, I wipe the rubber door seals to keep them from cracking. 303 is the world's most powerful sun screening treatment. Regular use can prevent nearly 100% of UV fading and degradation. 303 contains no petroleum solvents or silicone oils. Treated surfaces look fresh and renewed without a greasy, plastic-look.

To keep my leather seats soft, lustrous and healthy, I use BLACKFIRE High-UV Leather Conditioner. This is one of the most lavish conditioners in the marketplace but I paid a premium for my leather interior and I want to keep it looking like new. In addition to conditioning oils which quickly absorb into the hide, Hi-UV Leather Conditioner contains protective polymers which leave a satin finish that resists dirt and moisture stains. This is a great advantage here in Florida where we wear shorts most of the year. It helps reduce perspiration and sun tan lotion stains.
